Having a long-term target is not new, but it will continue to be a Fantasy unless you do the work.
To Making Achievement
Every January/New year, you write a list of Wonderful goals and probably get very excited and motivated about completing them.
You start, but after like two months, something miraculous happens. Your goals become mission Impossible. You feel depressed and want to give up.
Until another motivation comes again, but after a few days, you stop. The motivation dies out.
Lesson: Motivation will not help you achieve those goals; it is a Friend called Consistency.
You know, we learned this in school, but our brain does not want to stress itself.
Daily Challenges helps to Achieve Goals.
Break your goals into smaller goals until it fits in your daily lifestyle.
You want to achieve a particular workout goal.
Then your goal is to have strong muscles by the end of this year
You have to break it down; your monthly goal would be to visit a Workout coach once every month to verify if you are ok the right track.
Your Weekly Goal will be to hit the gym three times every week.
Your daily goal will be to do a couple of Home Exercises immediately after you wake up.
You have set a plan for yourself that you will hit your goal faster than you expected.
It is not all about getting motivated because it will still die out. Consistency is Key.
Your Goals should be part of you, when you wake up and when you sleep. It should be a daily mantra you recite Every time you want to do something.
Until you constantly remind yourself of your goals, a part of you will forget, and once that happens.

WHAT DO YOU DO BEFORE YOU SLEEP?
These two things affect your success story.
